Libby earned her Bachelor of Social Work from Lewis-Clark State College and went on to complete her Master of Social Work at Idaho State University. With a strong academic foundation and a passion for helping others, Libby is committed to supporting individuals as they navigate life’s challenges and work toward emotional wellness.
At the core of Libby’s practice is the belief that healing begins in a safe and supportive environment. She is dedicated to creating a therapeutic space where clients feel truly seen, heard, and accepted. Through the development of trust and a secure therapeutic relationship, Libby empowers her clients to explore their thoughts, emotions, and experiences with openness and honesty.
Libby utilizes a client-centered and empathetic approach, tailoring each session to meet the unique needs and goals of those she works with. She believes in the inherent resilience of every individual and works collaboratively to help clients build the tools and confidence necessary for lasting change and personal growth. Whether addressing depression, trauma, grief, or life transitions, Libby provides compassionate support and evidence-based strategies to foster healing and meaningful transformation.
Clients working with Libby can expect a warm, nonjudgmental space where they are encouraged to be themselves, reflect deeply, and grow at their own pace. Her goal is to help individuals achieve a greater sense of emotional well-being and fulfillment in their lives.
Outside of her professional work, Libby finds joy and balance through hiking in nature, getting lost in a good book, and spending quality time with her family.
