James Wolff, LMSW

James was born and raised in Spokane and has spent several seasons of his life living afield, including in Montana, Texas, Utah, and Germany. After working nearly 5 years as an EMT and emergency room technician, he came back to Spokane to begin his undergraduate education, completing a dual-major bachelor’s degree in psychology and philosophy at Eastern Washington University. During this time, he was afforded a new perspective on our healthcare system and knew that he wanted to pursue a career in mental healthcare. James completed his Master of Social Work through Boise State University and fulfilled his advanced clinical internship in a collaborative care setting at the Spokane Teaching Health Clinic.
James is passionate about the field of mental health and is excited to offer his services in a setting that fosters the same passion for scholarship, growth, and commitment to service that he holds. Outside of work he enjoys music, engaging with the community and exploring the mountains as a climber, skier, cyclist and runner."
