Kadance Haxton is a Licensed Master Social Worker with a strong dedication to supporting children, youth, and families on their journey to wellness. She holds a Master’s in Social Work from Boise State University, where her passion for fostering resilience and positive change in others flourished. With a rich background in mental health care, Kadance has developed expertise in Motivational Interviewing, Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Solution-Focused Therapy (SFT), tailoring her approach to meet each client's unique needs.
Kadance’s professional journey includes experience as a mental health clinician, where she provided assessments, treatment planning, and crisis management for individuals across the lifespan. Her previous roles have allowed her to collaborate with community agencies, lead support groups, and develop specialized resources, such as age-appropriate training materials for grief conversations. She is ICANS certified and skilled in handling complex, time-sensitive needs with empathy and diligence.
Kadance’s work is driven by her belief in the transformative power of strong therapeutic relationships. She thrives in building rapport with individuals in vulnerable states and is passionate about empowering young people to navigate challenges with confidence and hope.
